Worlds largest kaleidoscope
in Mount Tremper on Route 28, is very impressive. They have a gift shop full of kaleidoscopes. If your little one is ok in a movie theater type setting, then I think they will like this. Children under 11 are free.

Saugerties Lighthouse has a wonderful level walkway path to the lighthouse. Its great and easy path for adults and children.

Woodstock:
Cooper Lake
Cooper Lake is another easy walk that is graveled and flat. It’s the largest natural lake in the Catskills and the Kingston Reservoir. If interested I can give you directions.
The town of Woodstock
makes for a beautiful visit. There are many great places to eat, galleries and shops. Woodstock Sanctuary
