the links below provide wonderful information. My fascination with Ogham began with my love of trees. How perfect. I enjoy including the written word in my art, and now to have both is pure magic. I began the painting "She Begins" from an older painting that I started years ago. I loved the the idea of a Goddess being born from the Birch tree. I then ran across a folk story by accident that seemed to be written just for "She Begins". Oh how excited I was to discover a written alphabet for trees.
